Good eye test the Optician was very patient as I was struggling a bit and he went through all the test results and explained exactly what they show very pleased. As my prescription has changed I ordered new glasses but was not pressurised into buying there and then as they handed me my prescription but decided that the interest free monthly payments and discount was right for me.

No rip off - didn't need specs this year (again!) - but great service, friendly, fun, professional and helpful. Have used VE for many years, always happy with the specs and the treatment received. This year, Katrina diagnosed dry eye and recommended treatment, which advice l've taken with good results. I'd recommend paying just £6 for the advanced test, which gave reassuring results. That's five 24-carat gold stars from me!
