haven't been in one of Uncle Sam's stores for quite a long time as a vegetarian there's not usually much choice. But when I went in this time I found there's more selection. The service was as good as could be but the food was lovely. ?

I ordered and the lady behind the till had dirty hands and nails. She took my order and told me 10 mins. I went back after and there was a man complaining about not receiving his food the previous night. The man behind the till refused to pay him for it.I got my food and went to eat, they gave me the wrong burger but I thought oh well and ate it. I had a few bites and something was off, the mayo? The chicken? Not sure. I ate a chicken bite, no idea what?s up with it, tasted fishy and off? I decided not to eat anymore as was making me feel ill. I took the bag back in and said it was wrong/something didn?t taste right. I didn?t get a refund so I left it on the counter.

I usually love Uncle Sams and have done for over 30 years. I hadn't had one for ages. We had just spent 7 hours in A&E so I was super hungry and stopped here on the way home.I was so very disappointed as there was something not right with the burgers. They tasted exactly like the ones you get from the fair or the odd car boot. Nothing like flame grilled beef at all. It didn't stop there as the chilli sauce was definitely not Uncle Sam's chilli sauce. It was like a way cheaper version. Overall extremely disappointing ?
