The staff here are really helpful and knowledgeable. Repaired my bag when i was certain it couldn't be saved but the Lovely staff did it with no trouble. Thankyou so much! This was in the West durrington store.

I brought some shoes in to be repaired. This was the first time I had done this, so was uncertain of the quality of the work.
I needn't of worried as the chap did a great repair. I can hardly tell.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

They rip you off. I went to this store to replace my watch battery, (for a Swatch watch), they wanted to charge me £14.99!!! Found the battery (Renata Swiss made) online for £2. Plus the shopkeeper was extremely unfriendly.
