“Good range of baby and children's stuff. Only criticism is that there doesn't seem to be any size system to the clothes, so you have to sift through it all - not ideal if you have an impatient toddler with you!”

“Mum is living her very best life at Haviland House. She is very well cared for and treated with love and respect. She loves the many and varied activities as well as the excellent food. I have nothing but praise for all the staff there.”

“Simply the best shop for furniture and electrical goods, if you are on a budget. Pleasant clean store, helpful staff and delivery for £20. I bough a fridge / freezer two months ago and today I purcahsed a single bed a bargain price. I am pleased to support British Heart Foundation and say that it should be the first and last stop. Thanks a million David Soanes”

“Freindly, cooperative and helpful staff. They had something there which I thought might do the job I wanted it for, marked at £5.50. With no PSU, the man I dealt with (Steve) said I could have it for £2. He than gave me an old Nokia phone charger which, by chance, fitted. Didn't ask me for the extra £3.50. Such a refreshingly pleasant experience. I wonder if the folk whose one star reviews complain of poor staff attitude bring it upon themselves. I suspect the staff aren't paid; that they're volunteers. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. That's my view anyway.”

“Good men’s selection with a name band clothing, in good condition. Prices are higher than other stores but this likely helps to reduce resellers. The staff have been nothing but friendly and professional with me.”
