My husband and I bought a pair of mobile phones a few months ago. He is 70 and this is his 1st smart phone..I am 63. The staff here are WONDERFUL. They are so reassuring helpful and sweet when we come against mishaps always due to our lack of knowledge. THANK YOU 3 Worthings kind staff

I decided to take out the Three home broadband package, which has worked really well. I discussed the package with Jamie in the Worthing store, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending Three.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Nobody knew how to help me with my contract, some individuals gaslit me basically telling me I'm at fault for their poor service. I'd avoid at all costs

Absolutely amazing experience.Ellie helped us out with everything we needed today. We were ready to take our money elsewhere, but Ellie really went out of her way to get everything sorted for us. She spent a long time with us, but she was happy, helpful and cheerful the whole time, making the processes enjoyable.I really hope the company takes good care of people like Ellie, and everyone else who do everything and beyond for the customers.Thank you Ellie. These 5 stars are for the customer service provided in this store by the excellent manager Marlon and his tech expert assistant Zac. If it wasn't for their capable, helpful and kind treatment of myself 3 mobile would have lost a long standing customer! Being nice and kind is not valued enough in this society especially in business. They both went above and beyond to help me with my issues. If 3 have any sense they would put Marlon in charge of customer services with Zac as tech support I have been a customer with 3 mobile for over 18 years. Not because they have given me the very best service at times (let's not talk about how poor the signal coverage used to be 18 years ago!) But because life is too short for the constant circus of modern business with upgrade this and swap to this n that , and it was just easier to stay.However, i was so appalled by my recent hideous experience with the insurance company, Square Trade protect that underwrites 3 mobile insurance uses, that I was an extremely unhappy customer to say the least and on the brink of finding a different provider. 3 mobile have Marlon and Zac to thank for my continued custom.

Updated my contract and been offered as second sim at discounted price, seemed good at time, so took it to pass on to my daughter, but without getting in to much detail 2 days later the store supplied a new contract to my daughter saying that i could cancel the initial sim they sold me as I had 7 days to cancel, my daughter informed me so I tried by phone as the store advise at the time, but the customer service said I had to go in store. So next day, today went to the store to cancel and said there was no cooling of period so they basically lied to us to sell extra contracts.

Bit annoying that staff are limited (legally) by how much they can do for customers now.If the phone I wanted was in stock, they wouldn't be allowed to transfer all the data over. Some silly rule about privacy, I mean, not everyone is tech savvy. Transfer was done last time & I'd prefer them to do it again.Almost left 3 after many years as I was put on hold & then told that upgrade staff were too busy 3 times! If only they could have done it all in store for me...will look elsewhere next time.The staff were very obliging in store, I felt sorry that their hands are getting more tied...also that they had to listen to a not always on tune busker!Update...after 13 years, I have now left 3 which wasn't easy as I initially had a message saying that it wasn't possible to process my request.I had to phone customer services at least three times to sort it.Let's hope things improve!
