I've had several problems with Three in the past when buying online and when needing customer services, so the Five stars isn't so much for Three. BUT...I was REALLY impressed with how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Flynn was in the Worthing store.
I had to buy another SIM card a couple of weeks ago, but by the time we came to activate it, the benefits had changed. When I returned to the store, Flynn remembered me and what I needed and he very quickly resolved the problem. He is a real asset to Three - I hope they look after him to keep him.

Internet is the slower or not at all for days . Custom service is in India , you will spend hours on phone and nothing done or fix, I wanted to take them to court they can't even print my contract they don't have , don't waiste you time and money with this company

?There you go all done, even though that comes out of our store now? ?Direct quote from the manager of the three store Worthing. This should be a zero star review? I wouldn?t recommend going to this store for assistance, the staff are useless.
I brought an iPad in the three Brighton store, thinking I?d got a really good deal, turns out on top of the iPad fee they charge you about £400, ridiculous. I should have done my homework, but I didn?t so now wanted to return it which was in my right as I have a 14 cooling off period and I hadn?t even opened it yet.
I made it to the Worthing store with one minute spare before they closed, I was turned away and told to come back the following day because to complete the refund they would need to call customer services and this would take about 20/25 minutes and they didn?t have time. This was the manager, he was rude but I thought fine I will come back tomorrow.
I went back to the store the following day, the manager wasn?t on the shop floor, however there were three members of staff. All three members of staff told me I wasn?t able to return the iPad in that store, I had to have a paper receipt otherwise no store could refund me and it was Brighton stores problem. I explained I had spoke to the manager the day before, so I wanted to speak to him again. After he was off his lunch break, he also then stated I needed a paper receipt otherwise he couldn?t help me. Brighton didn?t give me one and after looking through my emails I did?t have an email one. I called Brighton store and asked them to send it to me, they ended up speaking to the manager of the Worthing store and talking him through how to do the refund, telling him exactly which buttons to push etc because HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!!! At no point did he call customer service as he stated the day before, he lied to me to get me out of the shop.
Eventually he asked for the card I?d paid on and tapped it on the card machine, without even asking for my permission or showing me what he was tapping it for. He then gave me a receipt and said ?There you go all done, even though that comes out of our store now? ?then he walked off. There it is, that?s why all 4 members of staff were trying to push me to go to Brighton and saying they couldn?t help me, because they didn?t want the deduction from the Worthing store.
No apology for any of the members of staff giving me false information, just a snide comment from THE MANAGER!! The worst customer service I?ve ever had and I am now writing this review on my new IPad I got from a much nicer and reliable company that serviced me with OUTSTANDING customer service, unlike the three store in Worthing.

Trying to cancel a sim only contract is virtually impossible. Been with them over 10 years and the service is pathetic, Trying to get in touch with a call centre in India. Think again before signing up.

Not sure if this is Sunday service standards but we came in with a simple request for help regarding sim swapping and they sorted it by telling us we?ll get an email and will be able go on from there.
No email came through and instead one number is now not even working. Inconvenienced us for the rest of the week as have to sort this with another shop.

My husband and I bought a pair of mobile phones a few months ago. He is 70 and this is his 1st smart phone..I am 63. The staff here are WONDERFUL. They are so reassuring helpful and sweet when we come against mishaps always due to our lack of knowledge. THANK YOU 3 Worthings kind staff

I decided to take out the Three home broadband package, which has worked really well. I discussed the package with Jamie in the Worthing store, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending Three.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Nobody knew how to help me with my contract, some individuals gaslit me basically telling me I'm at fault for their poor service. I'd avoid at all costs

Absolutely amazing experience.Ellie helped us out with everything we needed today. We were ready to take our money elsewhere, but Ellie really went out of her way to get everything sorted for us. She spent a long time with us, but she was happy, helpful and cheerful the whole time, making the processes enjoyable.I really hope the company takes good care of people like Ellie, and everyone else who do everything and beyond for the customers.Thank you Ellie.
