Staff are rude, not helpful, soon as you walk toward them they walk away need to change their staff, the manager is very untidy

I went in for 21st Birthday balloons today. The 2 lovely ladies working were very helpful and happy. I don’t usually leave reviews but they were so helpful they deserved a shout out.
