Lovely one-off visit. Helpful supportive staff member (T...) with The List. Love these natural products, especially the natural smells (good for mood) even tried some new ones and wish for more stores again. Good hair.

Visited again today with my son and Tia was so lovely as always. She always asks about me and takes the time to find out what I need, she's got such impressive emotional maturity for her age and you can tell she cares. She's such a lovely girl and good customer service is hard to find in 2025. Special mention to Lara too, she was also very lovely.

Wife purchased some handcream, she couldn't find her loyalty card, staff member helped find her on the system. The negative was the staff member wasn't wearing a mask, or protection and no lanyard to say she was exempt. Sad from such a highly known brand.

Bloody amazing little shop. The products are brilliant, reasonably priced and their bottles are filled right to the brim (unlike some other brands) their entire ethos is so impressive. On a side note I was served by Emma who was so lovely, she really took the time to show me the products and talk me through which ones to choose. The other girls were very lovely too. Highly recommended.
