It?s a rare occasion they are open on time during the week. Queue of people outside Tuesday morning for another late open. Either their opening hours are incorrect or people are just lazy and slow at opening the store on time.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at Tesco, which left me extremely disappointed with their customer service. I went in to buy a Monster energy drink and had my valid ID ready, as I know there are age restrictions for purchasing energy drinks. However, despite having my ID, the staff member refused to sell me the drink because the people I was with didn?t have their IDs.
This was incredibly frustrating because the drink was clearly for me, and I was the only one attempting to make the purchase. It didn?t make sense for the staff member to deny me based on the assumption that my friends, who weren?t buying anything, needed to provide identification. I understand the need to enforce age restrictions, but this seemed like a case of poor judgment and unnecessary inconvenience

Their self-absorbed manager called Matt was a bit of a narcissist with 0 morale and empathyfor his employees at every possible metric. Prioritises profit over people (including customers). Such are the managers in the retail world

Has Costa Coffee machine, good selection of products and bakery, helpful staff whenever something is not available. ATM outside with big car park.\\n\\nFriendly experience every Thursday morning I come in for my coffee. :)

Not too bad, however closes earlier than other Tesco express? and have visited before and they?ve closed 5 minutes earlier than the time advertised online and at the store with no apparent good reason. Shelves are usually well stocked and staff are reasonably polite

Awful! Went in to get some change that I needed and bought a few bits to tie me over. The employee on the till, Reece, refused to give me change and of £20 and said I had to pay with my £10 instead. Apparently its against his policy?!Decided, instead, to take my business elsewhere and asked him to cancel the transaction and he said no. I asked for him to scab my clubcard and he refused and served the next customer.Rude rude rude

The shop itself is disgusting, dirt everywhere, paper and tickets just thrown on the floor, coffee machine didn't even dispense coffee just milk and no one cared. This place needs some serious tlc
