Went in and tried to use my clubcard points, when they didn't scan I went to ask a lady named Chapel who said I hadn't spent enough. When asked where it said I had to spend a certain amount, or how much I had to spend she laughed at me and said she didn't know

Second time in a few weeks where I have attempted to shop here early on Saturday morning gone 06:10 and doors have still been locked with no members of staff in sight. Wasted journey both times. Please change your opening hours online to avoid wasting people?s time in the future. Thank you
