This Superdrug has been a store of choice when I lived in Worthing. I recall having satisfactory shopping experiences between 2016 and 2020. Polite staff with good customer service , great brands (revlon, makeup revolution, essie , elf just to name a few) at a competitive price.

Went to this store on Sunday 8th June.
The lady at the payment counter was very rude. I had presented my loyalty card first, which seemed to annoy her greatly. She asked in a very loud voice and deregotory manner what I was buying, which caused everyone around to turn and stare at us both.
A normal volume and pleasant manner would have made a world of difference.
Terrible customer service and significant racial profiling at this place.
Boots next door is much better. Won't be going to this Superdrug again in a hurry. Not worth the mental trauma!!

I had a really uncomfortable experience at one of your stores recently. While I was in the hair dye aisle, I felt like I was being watched the entire time by a staff member. She stood nearby and kept looking over at me, which made me feel really uneasy and singled out for no reason. I was just trying to browse, but the way I was being monitored made the experience really unpleasant.
I understand that shoplifting is a concern in retail, but there?s a way to be discreet and respectful ? this was not that. I hope you address this kind of behavior because no customer should feel uncomfortable just for shopping.

I find the lady with the white hair in the pharmacy section who wears the blue mask, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
It is a pleasure to be served by her.

disgusting customer service at the checkout, while I was paying the shop assistant showed the products to her colleague who was near the shelf from which I had taken them, pretending to ask for confirmation of the price, it's not nice to treat customers like thieves

My last visit at this store was on 27/05/2024 and it wasn?t a great as I had interaction with a staff member which left me feeling like I was being racially profiled and also had my personal space invaded. I won?t be visiting that store again.

Nice big store in Worthing. When you pay with card, the first thing the cashier asked me, do you want to donate 20p, press red or green, I can't get it, so he explained (repeated) again impatiently. I think Superdrug should appreciate people like me buy things from them. So confused and what to do, before I pay. I know where to donate when I want to.

Haven't used Superdrug much over the years until recently and quite frankly it is much better than expected. The choices available are numerous consequently spend a lot of time there as well as a bit more money. Would highly recommend a visit.

I went to Worthing super drugs I was just few min shy of closing time and I only needed eye drop . Kiki refused to open the door even when it was not closing time. What a waste to my trip. Not sure but closing time is 5:30 why would you send paying customer to savers and close early

I went there a want to buy a hismile toothpaste there was only price for £5.99 turn out when we went to the till it rung up at £9.00 so I pissed me off . They have got good brands that help my skin . just put the right price out instead of making people think it £5.99

Had a 3 for £12 threading today by the wonderful Nasim at the Worthing store. Been having my eyebrows threaded for years but never been brave enough. I now feel less like a yeti. Thank you Nasim see you soon
