Amazing customer service, I had made them aware of my allergies and immediately the lady knew what protocols she had to follow, washed her hands, changed her gloves, get a fresh knife, and dealt with my order solely! We were served tonight by Tracey & Elliot and I have to say, the customer service and attention to detail and knowledge of the menu was OUTSTANDING.Tracey prepared our meals whilst Elliot closed the sale. They were both super attentive to my dietary requirements as a vegetarian. They had suggestions for what sandwich option I'd like and even let me sample between 2 sauces I couldn't decide on, by squeezing a drop on some cucumber. Above and beyond to make sure we had the sandwich we really wanted. They both worked well together and had super friendly conversation with us about our evening. Amazing team with great service. The food was brilliant too ?

I had a salad the other day at this place. There was one lady I guess 40-50 years old- very kind in my opinion- not only her voice, her customer service, language. I just wanted to say- the best customer service I have ever heard. I will be back!

The most idiotic absurd experience I've had, I ordered through Just Eat, about 30 minutes later I got a call asking me to tell the driver to return as they had the wrong order (apparently they didn't have the drivers contact details) driver turned up an hour after they order, they clearly had the wrong order, driver left, order got marked as delivered but no food. I called Subway they advised me to go there in the morning for a refund, ridiculous. I contacted Just Eat for a refund. No apology, no resolution, avoid these donuts, it's not worth the hassle.

Rude!Young man and women that are working in there are utterly rude. Tutting, huffing and tapping the counter trying to rush me with my order as someone else walked in.I will definitely not be going here again maybe they need lessons in customer service!

The lad that works there does everything at break neck speed with no due care or attention. My subs are always thrown together so quickly, literally chucking the salad onto it, they end up a total mess and falling apart when I come to eat them; and this time I?m not completely convinced he charged me correctly as he tapped away at the till so rapidly that he clearly had to restart 2/3 times whilst tutting. Someone needs to tell him to slow down and ensure he?s getting things right and to the expected standards!!
