wait times are way too long waited about 45 mins to get served on a weekday. idk what is happening here but seems like they're understaffed here or either that the owner is trying to save money. won't be coming back here until the manager sorts the situation out happens all the time

Didnt send me what i ordered. Sent me 4 boxes of hashbrowns and a packet of tangy cheese doritos instead of tangy nachos i ordered. There was no notification or nothing about them not having what i ordered

This subway is far worse than the other one, which closed down. When we got there the tables were dirty and it was cramped. A queue of 5 people took around 20 minutes, and then I proceeded to ask for no cheese, and infact got cheese. I also asked for onion and got no onion. He was in the back of the store for a while, seemed like it was only him working. When we sat down, we realised I had been charged more than my friend, even though we got the exact same order. It was only a few pence so I just accepted it. I had to take the cheese out of the sub and then I could eat it. It was bland but the food was honestly the best part. The service and atmosphere was abysmal.

Placed a deliveroo order at 1030 it was accepted its now 12,27 shop is closed no food no call to say your not getting it and the delivery time just keeps getting later and later takes the piss god help their ears in the

We went in and was told to wait 5 minutes because he was eating, then proceeded to be rude to us and blunt. He really didn?t care and the service was just awful, we grabbed a coffee for us both and a snack, it took over 20 minutes. The cheesy bites weren?t even cooked they were cold. Really awful experience sort out the service.

8/7/22 Thank you to the security guard for helping me and contacting me back for my Uber order which I waited for over a hour & a half. I contacted the store and the Uber delivery I totally get it it?s out there hands if there no drivers. The security guard said call back in 10 minutes and he will find out but he rang me back instead and said a Uber driver was at the store. After a long evening flight home just wanted some food. Thanks to the security guard I didn?t get he?s name but massive thank you.Please pass this on to the Worthing store Chapel Road
