Having bought an expensive bouquet for my wife for Valentines day I was very disappointed to find most of the flowers only lasted two days. My daughter experienced a similar problem some weeks earlier. Very disappointing indeed.

My wife is on an extended work trip. I arranged to have flowers delievered to her hotel by Stella's. Unbeknownst to me, her hotel accomodations were changed. Not to worry, the fine staff at Stella's promptly communicated the inability to deliever to the first hotel and I was quick able to track down the change. Even though it was late in the day, Stella's promptly made the delievery and they were in her room before she returned that evening.The flowers were beautiful and provided a nice fragrence for the room to brighten things up.I didn't get her name, but a big THANK YOU to the kind lady who answered the phone and the delivery person who accomodated a very late afternoon delivery! Outstanding customer service and a quality product!!

We were very disappointed in the flowers delivered for my mother in laws funeral. Today is Monday and apparently these had been prepared by Stella?s on Friday. Many of the flowers were brown at the edges and the small flowers in the coloured arrangement were really well past their best. I removed some of the roses from the coffin spray and the cut edges had completely dried out. I am used to ordering and receiving fresh flowers. If you have a Monday funeral do beware. We had an arrangement costing £100 and a spa ray which was over £200. For this money we had the right to expect fresh flowers for the grandchildren to press. Shame on you Stella.Dr and mrs GCJ Davies

A beautiful bouquet with a box of chocolates delivered to me for my birthday. The very varied flowers are stunning and so fresh, skillfully arranged. The sender lives abroad so would have relied on the florists to deliver them via Interflora. Cannot fault this florist.
