Second time visiting this Starbucks and disappointed for a second time. The staff are miserable and do not communicate properly with each other or talk directly to customers. Very slow on making drinks and warming up food. There is no atmosphere and the place needs a refurbish.

My mocha frappe was perfect but the music was dreadful. I had planned on dining in but I was driven out by the din. Maybe music without lyrics would appeal to more people

I visited this Starbucks location for the first time this morning. There was a cool breeze outside and it felt rather cool and unwelcoming inside - no warm or friendly welcome from the staff and no atmosphere. We only had coffee and the service was efficient, that's all. There were lots of seats available even though it was mid-morning and there is plenty of space inside. No complaints about the coffee but disappointing overall.

They accept dogs inside too! Some staff bring over a little cup of cream treat for the dog ,which he loved , friendly staffKid-friendliness: Family friendly too
