My partner has got jeans from there and the label on the jeans came off and it was a different brand. Me personally have never heard of. TAHSRI. Selling knock offs please be aware people.

Very disappointing experience at the Worthing store
I visited the Worthing Sports Direct on 15/04/2025 at around 13:25 to buy cricket spikes. I approached a staff member for help ? he appeared to be over 40, medium to dark brown skin, glasses, clean-shaven, and had crooked teeth.
He led me to the shoes section near the billing counter where two other employees were present. In front of them, he asked me, ?Do you even have any money?? and went on to say that ?a lot of theft happens in Worthing,? clearly implying I might be a thief.
I felt deeply humiliated and wrongly judged, with no reason or justification. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I hope Sports Direct management looks into this and ensures no other customer is treated this way

I was lead to believe that sports direct have old seasons stock and cheaper goods but they're better stocked with the latest trainers than JD across the road. Very surprised

Extremely rude staff completely understand you may be under staffed but to be rude there is no excuse. No wonder people turn to online shopping when your staff are like that! One being the manager!

Prior experience of the shop haven't been great, but, I was really surprised during my most recent visit. I went in search of football boots. I have big wide feet so actually this is a challenge. Stock levels of size 12s isn't great. I picked three up and none in my size. Store assistants apologized and then looked to see what was in stock.
I explained about my side feet and said ok I know what will fit you.
Came back with a pair that fitted perfectly. Checked to make sure I was happy and obviously I bought them.
Lady at the till was really smiley and very pleasant in serving me.
Great experience there. Thank you!

I recently visited Sports Direct and had a disappointing experience. The store was quite disorganized, making it difficult to find what I needed. On top of that, the manager was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing any assistance. It wasn't the customer service I expected, and it definitely put me off from shopping there again.

Bought an item in November and there is an issue. Back to the Worthing shop - of course I don't have the receipt. The cashier got the manager to help, between these two ladies, they found the transaction (not in December as I vaguely remembered). Printed that receipt and then refunded the whole amount. The process took 20 minutes- plus.EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you to the staff.I confess, I was doubtful at first - not now !

Horrible. Possibly they use AI to track you if you visit. They likely create their own illegal database. It is uncomfortable place to go to as they make you feel this place is full of shoplifters. Best is to avoid the place.Some products are good. Some products are too expensive. They use hyped marketing. There are many better alternatives to this one.

Nice shop to get clothing and shoes from. It's smaller than most stores so doesn't have as much stock. Good value sports equipment too.
