I went and had my repeat eye test and was told at the end I needed varifocals no other options were offered I chose my glasses over £350 and went back the following week to collect they were handed to me asked if they fit ok and that was it I was also told I only had 2 weeks to let them know if I wanted the same for the second pair. After trying very unsuccessfully to get used to them I made another appointment with all the intention of getting my money back and going elsewhere. When I got to my appointment was with Brad he checked the glasses and was shocked that they hadn't been adjusted on collection he convinced me to let him adjust them and give it another go, in the mean time he suggested enhanced readers for the other pair as my long distance was still quite good so didn't need varifocals, they were better but still couldn't get used to them, I collected the readers and left the others there, the enhanced readers were amazing, I then got a second pair of these and a refund for the difference, if it wasn't for Brad they would have lost a sale and a long time customer great customer service

Great friendly staff all around to check you in, answer queries, help with anything ... the actual eye testing was so thorough & professional - no rushing, everything explained clearly and the whole experience was seamless!

Phoned for an appointment and got in with in a week which was very nice, my eyes had changed a little and needed new glasses but speaking to young lady on one of desks and she said that I could have new lenses fitted in my frames which was a nice touch, so all in all a very positive experience so a big well done and thank you.

Was ok. Didn't really get much help. Eye Test went well, was seen quickly.

Kept waiting over 30 minutes for eye test . Nobody approached me to advise me they were running late. Eye test seemed very rushed and not like any eye test I have had before. Was then told my prescription had significantly changed and also that I had 2 cataracts. I found the whole experience alarming and had no confidence in anything I was being told. Will be re booking another eye test elsewhere to get second opinion

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received at Specsavers Worthing. A special thank you to Rachel (Store Manager) and Brad (Customer Service Advisor) both of whom consistently go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, with their friendly and professionalism truly sets them apart.
It's rare these days to come across such genuine, high quality service, and I felt it deserved to be recognised. Thank you both keep up the great work!
