Screwfix Worthing Staff have been absolutely amazing. I?ve had surgery and they were able to as a team assemble my product. Customer service at its finest. I?d like to personally name George, Livvy and Jake for their outstanding efforts. Not only did they resolve my products they offered me other products to add to my products so my anxiety is less. Excellent team effort.

Went into Worthing, Broadwater branch this morning (07/07/25) and what a lovely friendly greeting I got from everyone. I was asked several times if I was being attended to and again all, cheerful, polite people! This made my morning and wish others would learn from this branch!

I have to say a big thank you to both Josh & Livvy, who both restored my faith in customer service. Josh and Livvy were completely customer based, and defo went the extra mile for customer service.
They were both Professional, polite, and had a clear desired to give an excellent customer experience.

I've been in this shop probably 4 times a week for more than a decade. Consistently attentive service, friendly staff, virtually everything you could need for most domestic plumbing jobs. Will remain my go-to.

Absolutely fantastic service every single time I visit the Worthing Screwfix! The team here truly go above and beyond ? always helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable.
Special shoutout to Tom, Jake, Craig, George, and Jan (I think that's her name!) ? you guys are brilliant. Whether it's helping find the right part, sorting out a return, or just offering solid advice with a smile, they make the whole experience easy and pleasant. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
It?s rare to walk into a place and feel genuinely welcomed ? but these guys nail it every time. Thanks again to the whole team, you?re absolute legends! ?

Great customer service, needed a hole saw for cutting a hole into stainless steel so we could plumb in a waste for a potato rumbler which we needed to get up and running in our main kitchen for a 60 bedroom hospital home we work at, with a bit of too and throwing to the worthing depot to get the correct tool bits etc, Kim who works behind the counter truly went the extra mile with helping getting the tools and giving me a call to say that she had found the tool/part in stock after all....that we required so we could get this machine up and running ready in time for our kitchen staff to get plenty of potatoes ready to have on Christmas day, for our residents to have their roast potatoes with their Christmas Dinner!!...thank you Kim and Screwfix Worthing great customer service....?

Always a pleasure when I have to visit Screwfix. The staff are friendly \\u0026 Helpful.\\nI visited with my wife today who mentioned to me that I had left my car keys on the counter. I replied, Its ok, the staff are nice here and wont steal them! This made the staff giggle and started a quick chat about people loosing car keys and is a prime example of why I always enjoy picking stuff up from here.\\nGreat Team - Well Done
