Went to collect my smart phone lead a couple of days ago and the guy on the till served the person behind, not sure I`ll use this place again should have used collection point up at Lyons Farm.

I shop here regularly and consequently spend a lot of money. I am very unhappy about the recent restocking. They have filled the shelves with far more ultra-processed food items and have removed items I regularly went in to buy (brown rice, sliced brown seeded sourdough bread to name but two). Putting cakes and puddings right next to the fresh meat seems odd.
However, I cannot fault the staff. They are always super friendly and helpful.

The new range is absolutely terrible. Prices have essentially inflated on core goods like biscuits , the range of fresh food is awful also , complete hit and miss as to whether or not anything is in stock. The staff are nice here but the headsets imported from Argos are awful, you can't tell who they are talking to. Off to Morrisons from now on and Waitrose for high end products. Absolutely awful and I shop here regularly or did.

It's a small supermarket with a maximum of 30 minutes parking, which is too little for most people doing a shop. Prices are inflated and there is quite a limited product selection here. It lacks of lot of essential items you might be looking for (I couldn't find plasters or tweezers here).

Lots of sparce shelves. 3 members of staff but no replenishment of stock going on. Had to wait ages for self service ok for purchase of alcohol. Probably the worst sainsbury's local i have been to... Don't like it here.

Most staff are okay. Except for Harry (from what I remember his name). He was rude to me. Didn't even acknowlege when I said 'hi'. Not a smile on his face when it was my turn to be served. But the customer before me, he looked very accommodating. ?

It's a nice small shop close to home that I can use when I need something quickly, rather than having to travel further to a larger shop.
