This dry cleaner did an AWESOME job on my husbands Barbour jacket(unwaxed). They removed years of grime on collar n cuffs etc, purple paint on cuff, and ramen and coke stains down front restoring it to good as new. We are really grateful. xxx

I contacted Richard's on a Thursday to ask whether they could dry clean my rain coat to be ready the following day as I was going on holiday on the Saturday. The lady assured me if I got it in that afternoon it would be ready by Friday lunchtime. I dropped my coat into the shop and explained to the lady at the till (who wasn't the lady I'd spoken to on the phone) the coat was promised to be ready the following day and she asked that I collect it no earlier than 2pm. I called into Richard's today (Friday) at 2:15pm to collect my coat only to discover the coat wasn't ready. The lady explained that my coat was particularly dirty and that she needed to put the coat back through again to get all of the marks out and that I should come back on Monday. I reminded her that I was going away the following morning and that the proviso of me leaving my coat in the first place was that it would be ready. On closer inspection, it appeared the coat had not been cleaned at all. The lady was confident it had been and in fact, 'some marks are more apparent once they've been cleaned'. I think I would have been more comfortable with the fact the coat had been missed, rather than they had cleaned it and these were the results. 2 stars given only because the lady did give me a refund. A very disappointing experience.

Can?t recommend Richards Dry Cleaners enough!!I dropped my husbands holidays clothes off and completely forgot to pick them up the next day bare in mind we?re going on holiday the following day!!After contacting them and explaining what I had done they opened the shop the next day for me even though they were ment to be shut,I really can?t thank you enough ?Service: General dry cleaning

Took my chef whites in to be washed and pressed. They where pressed nicely but where still dirty. Customer service was lousy and not even an apology for unclean clothes. Wont be going back
