Such brilliant service, very kind and caring staff. I trust them implicitly and feel I can ?switch off? when my husband is being taken care of.

The actual carer's are wonderful and very caring but the staff in the office have a different attitude all together they change the times they come with no information about it leaving me to think they are not coming and upsetting for my partner ?

The carers who work for this company show no respect when out on calls. We live in a 1 way street , parking is on the left hand side . A carer parked on the right hand side blocking the road completely, all to say walking a few metres. She then proceeded to park on te pavement ( against the law ). A second carer later that day !parked on the pavement. I am disabled and walk with a trolley , I had to walk on the road ! Another carer parked blocking access to someone's gates and another carer parked in a space that clearly states " disabled access needed at all times " These were all young girls who were just too lazy to walk.!
