Accessible and comfortable however our double bed was actually 2 singles of massively differing heights. When asked to rectify this staff removed and topper from one bed and just dumped it in the corner of the room. The beds were still different heights ?

Worst Car Park ever,

Rang rang & rang prior to arrival to discuss rooms, no answer!! On arrival told at reception 'oh the signal round here is not good'! What, on a landline? Rarely saw anyone working at reception. Arriving and departing, little acknowledgement from staff. Breakfast we normally really enjoy at P.Inns, my wife said it was just OK. Big bonus at this Inn is its free underground car park, but warning, be very careful entering. Not much room to manoeuvre in off a narrow road, and a very narrow entrance, just look at the scrapes on the wall entrance.

Nice hotel, with an underground car park at the rear. Clean and quiet as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The walk into the centre of town isn't too far on a nice day, though for those with mobility issues it could seem far.

I hated the Reception and the way they treated me.I booked this room exactly because it was facing the sea.When I arrived, I discovered that my room was in the back, completely hidden.I talked to the guy at the racepcao, who was extremely rude and stupid.I asked for the room to be changed, and if it had been priced differently I would have paid.He very harshly said that there was no way.The website says that there is a restaurant, and when we arrived at the place, at 7:45 pm, the restaurant was closed, only the bar was open.We asked if it could be just a snack and the guy said no.Why doesn't the website say that there is a service period?Because the website does not discriminate which rooms have a sea view.I took this trip just because I wanted to wake up and have a beautiful view of the sea, I went to this place for that, and I was totally disappointed.Apart from the reception treatment, it was terrible.I don't recommend this place.

Lovely quiet hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed and great value for money. 1 star removed as the wifi is awful, even the paid one.

We had a great stay and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The only letdown was the lift to the rear of the building wasn't working and we had to change rooms .

The car park is located around the back of the hotel.Finally, they have upgraded the WiFi here, and it works well.Unfortunately, I stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room 102, and outside the window is a fan or air conditioner that was running all night.

desoratley needed a room for the night had a day out at Worthing and missed last bus back and didn't fancy getting the train at that time walked in pretty late and managed to get a room with breakfast included For the price you pay the rooms are brilliant really comfy beds nice kind service from the staff and the morning breakfast was fairly good it in a nice location and I slept really well on that bed wish I had a bed like that at home all in all superb stay great price nice location and the breakfast was decent considering the price for both the room and breakfastThe only thing I will say is I recommend you to buy the bottled water rather than use the hotel bathroom water for your kettle or bring in a bottled water as the water did taste a little bit funny I was assured it was safe but I decided to not take the chance and buy the bottledRooms: Comfy beds and spacious light and welcomingNoteworthy details: Service incredible kind people and yes okay the breakfast won't win any contest but who cares its good enough for the price

There is nothing about this hotel we could fault. We stayed in room 504 which is the 5th floor, we stayed new years eve. The hotel was very clean, in good order and very quiet. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Staff were very chatty and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and well topped up. Will definitely be using this Premier inn again.Rooms: Clean, tidy and spacious

Stayed several times. This time we stopped in as visitors for the breakfast. Highly recommended as a family option. Being able to browse the great selection was ideal with the kids.
