Staff are nice..but it's hit and miss with stock one week they'll have something then out of stock for the rest of the month

Always made to feel like a shoplifter in here, I'm not!!!. Also the self checkout tills are always backed up and only one till open. The amount of times I've walked in and picked up stuff to buy to only get to the tills and see a 20min wait to check out. I just put the stuff down and walk out, seen many others do this, sort the tills out!

Despite its size this is an awful Poundland! I have better stocked shelves in far smaller branches! Whenever a limited edition product is released and shown on social media Worthing don't have it!! There seem to be constant leaks and buckets on the shop floor! Staff don't seem bothered!

Maybe a good morning when you open the doors in the morning? , or maybe a hello the basics of customer service missing this morning from the store manager , lead from the front ?
I will also note leaving the till draws on a trolley by the till when the store is open isn't the best idea

Worst time i had today in poundland!
I asked to this young girl in her 20? (blonde long hair) if she had a cream i showed her in bigger packaging in hand signs, (Which you totally understand what I said) And she said no moving Her head, and ignored me when i still was asking more. Such a rude staff, on their uniform say happy to help but she looked so Racist!!!! Horrible!!!! She saw me speaking in sign Language and give Big ignorance!!!! If my husband was there, he would definitely speak to the manager and report this girl!!!!! Happened on the 29th july in the shampoo area in the morning at 13:05.
Look your cctv and see who was wrong!
People like this don?t deserve to work with the public.!!!!
