“I would just like to say that if you want a passport or need your passport renewed, this is the place to go - West Worthing Post Office. Annees makes the whole thing easy - help with the photos and forms are filled in, in a quite and pleasant manner. If the Passport office presents any problem, Annees in his again, quiet and pleasant way helps to sort it. I am very happy that I went to this particular Post Office.I would also like to add that this is a busy Post Office and they get through any queue quickly, so you don’t have to wait very long (which is good).”

“Fab post office, they are always polite and helpful.Reading the reviews, especially the last one, makes me so cross, why do people only write negatives and not positives! They are flat out, open from 9 to 5 normally, don't they deserve a lunch break! The note says closed for one hour from 12.30 to 1.30 during this busy time (December), okay so it's not updated on Google ? normally they stagger their lunches to remain open all day but during this exceptionally busy time this is impossible as one person cannot run the office. My goodness people give them a break and let them have a well deserved lunch break”

“I moved to Goring last September 2019, from Brighton, and I have to say the service here is 1st class! The team here are efficient and accommodating.I have today used the Royal Mail collect from your home service for a parcel that needed to be returned to a retailer, and it was so easy! I went onto the website and completed the online form, printed the label, and held the parcel ready for the postman to collect it. One of the lovely posties has just picked it up!Royal Mail has improved their service, and I can see this latest offering becoming a success.”

“I missed the delivery of a Royal Mail package that needed to be signed for but the postman did leave a card so I could arrange for redelivery or I could collect the package as long as I brought the card and suitable photo ID. I chose to collect the package at the parcel office where a really helpful lady behind the counter took the card and properly checked my ID before getting my parcel for me.I appreciate the care and security given to the package by the Royal Mail. If you mail has a value to you the Royal Mail is a very good option to send and receive.?”

“Great range of snacks and dairy free, too. Local bread from bakery in the town. Always friendly, prices reasonable. We always drop in and spend a bit of money when visiting elderly parent - they do local magazines too, which keeps him up to date with community events. This is a community-run venture, I understand, but it's actually a decent business that I hope is supported locally. From an ex-Valley resident, now living in the West Country.”
