Such helpful service. I tried to order on the app and use some offers but this was difficult and unclear. I went in and asked about this and the manager (I think) was super helpful and honoured the discount I was going to use for a click and collect so we could eat on the beach. Lovely pizza as ever. Always good to see the kitchen which was run hygienically and with friendly staff. I know it was a Monday so perhaps usual it was quiet. It?s still worth a visit even with the competition locally. I think head office need to give it a bit more love. Great staff there.

We had a lovely evening dining at Pizza express in Worthing the other night. The food was yummy as always. Lucy, who looked after us, was very lovely and friendly. Great service ?

Kid-friendliness: The staff were brilliant with our seven year-old and our two year-old. unfortunately there was a family near us that thought their teenage daughter was a princess and we were making too much noise. I don?t know if they thought they were in something a little bit more higher teir than a PizzaExpress but sadly made us feel uncomfortable and inadequate as parents. Staff though, we?re on top form helping us with crayons for colouring and keeping the kids entertained.

We had a great meal here and the waiting staff, especially Megan, were all amazing ! absolutely loved my half n half pizza and didnt even know they could do that! :-)

I brought my nieces to pizza express for a late lunch, it was very quiet and the kitchen offered to let the kids get involved! They were provided with a base, sauce and toppings and had an amazing time making their own little pizzas. Special thanks to Ryan and Tom :)

Lovely building, I am sure it was just this time of year, loads of people crammed in, either coming from or going to the panto.
Staff were lovely but were very busy.
Food was up to standard.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, clearly kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is also a disabled toilet downstairs.

Ordered through just eat and yet again missing an item, they tick the items as they pack so unsure why they are missing things but also super annoying that they can just fob it off on to just eat when they didn?t pack the order.

There's a great Christmas menu on atm and using the rewards app means getting starters, drink and dessert for free. Really good value. Staff are always nice here. My only gripe is that the acoustics in the downstairs section are such that it gets very noisy when busy. There's a quieter section upstairs but then there's NO atmosphere ? Happy to keep visiting.
Parking: Sundays road parking is nearest and free. Rest of the time it's pay at either parking meter or carpark.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty level access.
