Excellent service. Great variety of products and very helpful and amicable staff. Whatever you need for your furry friends, you will definitely find it here. Their grooming service is constantly fully booked, so we need to book well in advance.

Near to the big Sainsbury's. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit expensive so I just use it for stuff I need urgently and can't afford to shop around. I haven't used the vet service and so can't comment on this.

Friendly, staff were helpful as I have made condition and couldn't do something for myself, price was great value too, parking is close and easy. Wheelchair accessible entrance for those who need it.

One very poor customer service person, came across as rude, unhelpful and far too high opinion of her position, the lady on the till was absolutely fine and pleasant but the person she called to help with my purchase discrepancy has completely put me off pets at home purchases now due to her unpleasant and unnecessary attitude, sad.

Literally THE most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff I?ve ever dealt with. Go above and beyond for the customer. Katie was incredible on the phone and sorted out an order that had gone missing, went away sorted it out and called me back within 10 minutes. Incredible customer service and a credit to the Worthing store.
