Disappointed with Peacocks at Worthing, Vicky and Alex in particular, the service was just awful. I've prepaid a pair of shoes and left with the cashier Vicky until the following day as I bought them on my way to a sightseeing tour to another town that date. Vicky assured me she would set my prepaid shoes aside and keep them in safe place and pass this to her colleagues so they're aware. Next date I came to fetch my shoes and was faced by some rude Alex, another cashier. He wasn't able to find my prepaid shoes and admitted they brought them back to sale. Without even apologies, he started reproaching and blaming me saying it was my own risk, in a harsh manner. He shouldn't be let facing customers not to damage the Peacock brand.

Whoever is the new buyer for Peacocks this year, well done. You have absolutely nailed it. The choices, the colours, the entrenched fashion and accessories are all amazing and there is something for all ages.
The worthing store staff are so helpful and friendly.

Such bad customer service, myself and my sister were in the store,and there were 4 members of staff stood at the tills and one other person paying,and other then that an empty shop.... after 5 mins waiting to be served with no acknowledgement of our existence or that we were clearly stood there waiting to pay we decided we had, had enough and put the clothing item back and left the store... customer service is non existent.

Absoulte disgrace! Went in on Saturday, my daughter couldn't try anything on because they'd closed the changing rooms, so she tried them at home, no good, the sizing is ridiculous, I returned them Monday, I was greeting by a assistant who barley acknowledged me and didn't want to serve, she pointed at me then pointed to her male colleague who shook his head and pointed back at her. She sighed and served me, didn't SAY ONE word to me, or smile. Terrible service, awful clothes. No wounder people shop on line and high streets are dying.

I was in the store at 4:50 p.m. and was told I couldn't use the fitting room. Closed because they close at 5:30 p.m.How can I buy clothes if I can't try them on?

Just told by the cashier that the price of their socks is £4 rather than £3.50 as clearly stated on the packaging. She?s confirmed she?s well aware of the displayed price but ?it?s actually £4?!!!. No explanation or apology for the misleading pricing has been provided.
