Awful. Couldn't find my house twice got here an hour late with multiple calls and messages with different delivery people. When finally arrived one was undercooked and the pepperoni and sausage had no sausage. Manager not at all bothered said write an email to customer service. Will never oder from here again

Ordered for delivery which never turned up despite showing as delivered through the Uber link they sent out. Called the restaurant who said it was probably stolen by the driver! Won?t be ordering from Papa Johns again as long as they use Uber for delivery!

Took a long time to come, food stone cold, kids didn?t like it, said pizza was very chewy and left a lot. Driver couldn?t seem to tell the difference between numbers and sent us a text saying if we didn?t make contact they?d cancel the order. First and last time we order from Papa Johns, will go back to Dominos.

Oh look another one star review to add. This use to be a great takeaway but recently has gone downhill. Had ordered a pizza for my 40th birthday evening meal and never had anything so disappointing in a long time. Food was cold and ever since they've switched to Uber eats the food arrives cold. Go elsewhere

Absolute vile.. Possibly the worst place I've ever ordered a pizza from ever. Lived in worthing two years and was a tad bored of Dominoes so went for a change with Papa John's and have to say it was the worst Pizza I've ever had.
No care or quality taken in preparing and making a pizza, no tasty toppings just rushed through on a high heat, causing ingredients to burn, moisture to vapourise and taste to vanish. The food arrived cold and left me with the feeling of do I complain?? Having read reviews I wish I had read them before ordering, not after as these are as truthful to my experience as you will get..
If you haven't ordered already, please don't and spend cash elsewhere as so many better places in worthing than this place..
I won't be returning or considering Papa John's again.. What a waste of money and poor experience this has been.. It wouldn't be missed by me.

Awful food, cold dry and rock hard are some words to sum up how things are. 55 minute wait. The cardboard box it came in looked more appealing. Haven't ordered from here before so decided to give it a go and won't be returning. Far better places in worthing and surrounding areas than this place.

Ordered online and received a cold pizza without cheese, decided to call up to see if they could do anything and was dealt with by the rudest manager I have ever spoken to in my life. Essentially called me a liar and said that there was cheese, and then when I continued with my point he tried to guilt trip me by saying he was going to give his employees disciplinary's if I returned the pizza. Called back saying forget it I would just eat it because at this point I had ordered over an hour prior and could hear him in the background complaining about me. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Will never order from here again.

Ordered the new all the trimmings pizza. It arrived looked nothing like what I ordered, so was put off the pizza. Called asked for a different pizza he refused to swap it for another even though I said he could take this one back. Bad service and food quality. Pictures pizza I ordered/pizza I got

Worst pizza I have ever seen. Looked like a dog had chewed it and spat it out. Order through Uber Eats, Never again for both companies. Neither cares about customers or quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely do not order from this Papa Johns!! They are using Uber as their delivery partner and our pizza arrived 1 hour late. The Uber driver was calling me to say he can?t find our house at number 4, he was sitting at number 20 saying ?there?s no number 4?!! Eventually he found us despite us living on a really easy road with clear signs on our house saying number 4. When we received our order it was stone cold, non edible and to our massive disappointment - the safety seal had been opened on our chicken side. Obviously the Uber driver had helped himself to our chicken! When I called the shop I was told I can order another pizza free of charge. Absolutely not, and I will not stop complaining until I receive a full refund. Awful food, awful delivery service and awful customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for them to deliver a room temperature pizza. I'd recommend avoiding them until they get it sorted out.

my order took over an hour to arrive and it was cold and floppy.....and they are now using uber to deliver the food so hence the age it took to arrive. Dominos is much better.
