The manager Sophie was awful she needs to learn how to talk to people. She was very unhelpful and rude. All I wanted to do was change an item from size 12-14 to 10-12 and she refused. I?ll go to a different shop in the future and won?t shop there again.
I do wonder how some managers get a job!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at New Look Worthing store. I was browsing the store and found a few items I liked, all marked with discount prices on the hangers. However, when I got to the checkout, I noticed that the prices being charged were higher than what was displayed on the shelves. Not a single discount was applied either, even though the shelf prices suggested they should be.
When I pointed this out to the staff, they did adjust the prices to match what was shown on the shelves, but what really bugged me was that there was no apology, not even a hint of concern. It felt like if I hadn?t been paying attention, they would?ve just overcharged me without a second thought.
Honestly, this has made me lose trust in New Look. It feels like they?re just trying to pull a fast one on customers. I?m definitely going to think twice before shopping there again.

Today 5th November1 rude miserable girl with a ear piece 2nd till from the start of the queue was without doubt the most rudest child I have ever met and she works for new look!! Mental!!We was asked for our email for no apparent reason to us at rhe time, for the receipt, we didn't need the receipt we explained, to then bluntly be told, we'll you do know we will be going paperless soon.... yea your point?!We don't want a receipt, she then started to glare at my mother to which I walked away before I ripped her head off.I want a manager. To contact me otherwise il go to the press on the terrible service!

Excellent customer service, The management very helpful... my wife wash shopping with our 2 boys in New Look and she lost her handbag, we reported to management and they actually was able to find it through cctv cameras and the bag was actually stolen and was located on another store.I couldn't thank the management team enough for the effort they made to find it. Its clear to say the care for their customers. Thanks alot

Massive queues for the tills yet several members of staff stood around chatting. Clothes lying all over the floors and the shoe area a complete trip hazzard!
