Just collected my click and collect . First order was cancelled as worthing had a technical hitch their end (even though I was on my way) and was only given 5 mins notice.
I?ve now just collected my second order. The guy that wheeled my shopping to car , didn?t even speak to me , he made no I contact even though i introduced myself and said hello. He just stood watching me load the shopping into bags and thus into car. He didn?t even acknowledge when the task was done . He just walked off . Just WOW WOW WOW ? he clearly needs some customer training . Disgusting human being

The silly little gates mean you need a receipt to leave apparently, even if you haven't bought anything. The self-service operator said they couldn't even open gate. What's the point of holding people up?

Shelf stacker at the far end on the left was great. He showed me where the item's were I was looking for.( Other staff, point or just tell you. Which I don't like. However there were no baskets outside the door. I had to go in where you pay for the shopping and get one) . Very bad

Signed up for their more card. Said it was registered. Got to till , didn't register card. 30 quid of stuff cost me 42 quid. Thieves.

never had a shop make you feel so uncomfortable even when you?re doing nothing wrong. the huge cameras on the self service, barriers everywhere. Even had the security guard follow my dad into the toilet before he had even been in the shop! Would recommend anywhere else before this shop. Not only is it uncomfortable the shelves are empty half the time.

I did more shopping. You can get some good reduced bargains too at the end of the day. The booze department isn't as good or as cheap as other supermarkets. Update: Prices have gone up even more. I bet they'll have record profits at the end of the financial year ? Update: Prices have gone up again to obviously cash in on the Christmas hype.
