We had a fantastic experience of Millets in Worthing today. A young man (Mason) assisted my son and I and gave us all the advice we needed on the DOE equipment, etc, as he himself had done bronze, silver and gold! We came away with a really good deal on a rucksack and a head torch, plus the shop honoured the 15%discount on DOE purchases. Fully recommended!

Very helpful staff re buying ruksaks and other camping equipment previously. Advised me to take a few drinks in order to submit a review. Not very helpful. Unsure if that was to influence length of time it usually takes to submit response, or whether to lubricate my opinion. Or other.

Excellent service and staff, being very helpful and insightful, with all clearly being passionate about the expedition and adventure gear they were selling, speaking of experience and what they would recommend instead, and being very helpful with price matching. Though the selection is somewhat limited, most of the gear is of very high quality, and with roughly the same price as elsewhere whether that is in store or online.

If honest, I visited the store and found the selection some what very very limited. All I wanted was a new coat but found nothing suitable..Least came and saw and didn't need to buy anything..

For outdoor supplies this shop is very good. It is a small shop, but they will order things in if they do not have them. Staff were very helpful when I was there. Prices are slightly higher than on line purchases, but by actually being in the shop you can see exactly what you are buying.

Excellent service from friendly staff. I often pop in for odds and ends - walking and camping equipment. Yesterday, Sunday afternoon, I popped in for a couple of OS maps. The ones I wanted weren't held in stock but were able to order them for me. Very good price (£6, less my YHA discount) and free delivery. The courier has been in touch already, the following morning, to confirm that they have been received at their depot. Amazing!! Thank you ?

Very well layed out shop in Worthing. Good variety of clothes and accessories to choose from. Would definitely go again when I need anything from outdoor clothes to camping equipment. Staff are really helpful.
