I had the most wonderful wonderful shopping experience recently. It was a Thursday late afternoon?about 6pm. The shop assistant (chap from Loire. France) was amazing. He helped me choose some incredible wines. The whole retail experience was glorious! He gave me so much time and educated me too. The wines he helped me choose were outstanding.I was so impressed with his customer care. He even carried my wines to the car.Really?really, really good service.Thank you so much.

Needed wine etc for a wedding. The whole process was painless. That was from the tasting, purchase etc. Great advice about quality and quantity. Even organised to deliver earlier than normal. So thanks Adam and staff for making the whole process so easy and being very professional in your dealings with myself and my family.
