I went into Lloyds today (18th August at 1.30) i was waiting when a dear old lady came in and was being friendly and chatty to the young lad who was there to help. When she left two of the male staff were so rude and disrespectful towards her i thought it was disgraceful and shabby behaviour. Shame on you Lloyds you need to pick better staff.

I am so very grateful to LLOYDS BANKin Worthing. How lucky we are to have this excellant facility to visit and do our banking etc.People of a certain age prefer to be face to face with friendly efficient staff to help with all the aspects regarding money matters and this is definately what you will experience here.I always have Peace of Mind dealing with Lloyds Bank and have been with them for over 50 years.

Totally unable to provide a reasonable level of service. Misinformation, just short of lying; completely uncooperative, working on a computer says no basis in spite of the facts; incapable of acknowledging the distances customers have to travel to find a bank by insisting on repeated visits (3 so far). Any responsible government would break up the high St banking cartel to stop this abuse.

Very friendly service.The staff couldn't do enough.Lloyds would be mad to close branches like this.Some of us don't like using online banking despite the constant encouragement so to do.
