I went into Lloyds today (18th August at 1.30) i was waiting when a dear old lady came in and was being friendly and chatty to the young lad who was there to help. When she left two of the male staff were so rude and disrespectful towards her i thought it was disgraceful and shabby behaviour. Shame on you Lloyds you need... read full comment
