I always shop in this lidl near town in Worthing, once a week. There is one member of staff, a women in her 30's i guess, dark brown/ almost black hair, with lots of tattoos, she is normally very load when she is talking with her co works and I find her rude, no customer service, wow it would blow my mind to find her friendly to the customers, and while I was shopping a few weeks ago I was making my way to the meat section only for her to looked annoyed because I was in her way, I mean i was only there to do my shopping and spend money, anyone would have thought I was there to get in here way, nothing like good old customer service, makes me think why she has the job in the first place, oh and she does like to drop the food trays on the floor, anyone would think she doesn't want to work there or that the customer's get in her way. I think I know her name.

I literally stopped here on impulse as there was plenty of parking available and I'm hugely impressed at the quality of goods available. The best avocados I have found for a very long time and, as I only popped in to see what was available, I came out with two bags of shopping so I was clearly very impressed

Some assistance you get is the best sometimes . Honestly people admire Lidl but they should help with their payments system

Nice and easy access Lidl in central Worthing. Finding really nice products at a cheaper price than other grocery stores. Car park has a few spaces and limited time to stay.

Shopping was fine, the produce looked fresh and clean, which is sadly more than I can say for the clientele. Standing in the checkout queue with a pungent lady in front of me and a stinking gentleman behind. Lidl sell soap people use it!!

What used to cost £3 in 2020 is now £5, can't blame Lidl for it, just saying.
However, the cashier today was unfriendly and blunt. No hello, and no thankyou, just said nothing, may be he didn't like his job, was awkward throughout.

Good selection of food at reasonable prices but the center aisle was a mess and some items couldn't work out what the prices were! It was mid afternoon and not too busy.

Very small shop and always to wait the queue... Staff speaking to each other and they dont care if the queue is long... Have like 7-8cashier but max 2 works... Not going to wait at lidl like in court... They should wait me as im paying, not me waiting them like they giving for free

Closing the front doors FIVE minutes before advertised time again is a real issue for Lidl in this region. Needs self checkout to compete and again and again all your poor reviews are surrounding payment. I have stopped going here and my spend has declined a lot.
