Trying to rip people off, everyone. Was rushing around

Was disappointed went with a slow puncture in one tyre today and was told would need to leave the car all day. As only two people in. So they lost my customer as couldn?t leave car all day.

very disappointed after making an appointment by phone for the next day for the brake system, in the morning at 8.30 when I arrived they told me that they could not because my van is too high, but they sent me to Hove or Brighton telling me that they would help me without any problem, but that did not happen, unfortunately for me it was the last day calling your service wasting the day with three locations because the person who accepted my appointment did not check if my van was accessible to your garage.

I phoned first, to see if any availability to check my car, spoke to Lewis, who said bring my car down. Was kept updated, what needed to be done, the price. Everything done and dealt with so quickly and smoothly.

On 04/07/25 my wife and I travelled from Dorset to Worthing in order to visit our good friend who was seriously ill in Worthing hospital.
We drove in our trusty old Subaru Forester which on the way, started to blow its exhaust which got louder and louder as the journey progressed. Concerned that we may have a major problem, we decided to go online to see if there was an exhaust centre near to the hospital. Our search found the Kwik-Fit centre in Teville Road, Worthing, which is fairly near to the hospital. The website confirmed the centre accepted ?walk-ins? which was great.
On arrival, we met Lewis on reception who was polite and welcoming. We explained our dilemma and asked if he would check our car whilst we got a taxi to the hospital to visit our friend. Louis agreed to this and we were also happy for them to conduct a full health check on the underside of the car also.
Whilst at the hospital, I received a call from Louis who gave a full report on our Subaru. I was extremely impressed on his knowledge and advice, his politeness and phone manner.
When we returned, Louis took the time to go through the vehicle health check and discuss with us exactly what was required to fix the car.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we had to return in our car to Dorset, but we were hugely impressed to discover that there was no charge for the health check which was a very pleasant surprise after such a stressful day.
All in all, my wife and I were hugely impressed with Lewis and the service we received at Kwik-Fit in Worthing. This was the first time I had visit a centre and we would definitely have not hesitation in visiting again, or recommending the company to a third party.

Arrived at kwik fit Worthing after a friendly phone call with Jason, who said just come in whenever is convenient
Greeted by the very friendly and professional Jason who said they would check the tyre
Car was on the ramp in 15 mins
Then their computer systems went down
Jason juggled customers, staff and ringing tech support effortlessly
Tyre was beyond repair so fitted a new one at an excellent price
Still no systems up so Jason got an old fashioned receipt pad and got on with it

I've just been here to have the alignment checked because one the front tyres were wearing inside, I paid £73 to do the alignment because they weren't right. 10 mins later I found one my alloy cups was broken and fell off. They just put it there like that without saying anything just to find later the problem.
I hope at least the alignment was done wright because I paid double than any other garage expecting better quality.
I will just have to wait and see if the tyre is wearing inside again.

Avoid at all costs makes stuff up and massively over charge for work to be done and lies about work been done by other garage because I didn't get it done with them total unprofessional company

Had flat tyre on Saturday afternoon. Desperately needed car for Sunday as towing a trailer. Kwik fit in Worthing managed to squeeze us in. Jason was fantastic. Thank you so much and very grateful. ?

Went to them last minute on Sunday 4th before a car show to have some tyres changed that BMW messed up, they fitted me in and swapped them over in about 20 mins, can?t thank you enough ??
