Love KFC food just sick of being delivered the wrong items. LAZY is what they are. Worst when you get the wrong items you can?t get through to them. Same old story big corporate business that does not give a damn about the customer

It's KFC, you know what you're getting, and it's okay. The children see it as a treat!
The self-service ordering works most of the time, when we went last time I couldn't check in through the app so had to re-order in store.

Awful awful awful. Overcooked, dry and oily. The popcorn chicken was fresh and nice. Golden. The main chicken was dark.

Have been to this location on 2 previous occasions and was very happy with the chicken. Yesterday however I was served up the most horrible oily chicken pieces. The color was also not that of KFC. It was brown.

The staff were horribly rude to me and my family. My mother witnessed a member of staff picking food up off the floor and throwing it back into the fryer as if nobody was looking. When my mother spoke to a member of staff he didnt give a straight forward answer to a question and they hadnt updated the menu screen they also wouldnt allow my father to order at the counter as he couldnt understand how to work the order screen with i'll admit is very confusing compare to mcdonalds

I am giving five stars to the two lads whom were working there today...they coped the best they could...a shop full of customers...Deliveroo etc waiting for orders.. no Internet for anyone to use their KFC apps..(system has gone down)..out of many products...Extremely bad on KFC management to allow this to happen..well done to the two lovely lads whom managed to keep going despite dreadful circumstances.

Just ordered 2 x large chicken popcorn with gravy for £18! Get home gravey is cold, and they given us a regular. Terrible service, food is disgusting. Never again
