Love KFC food just sick of being delivered the wrong items. LAZY is what they are. Worst when you get the wrong items you can’t get through to them. Same old story big corporate business that does not give a damn about the customer

It's KFC, you know what you're getting, and it's okay. The children see it as a treat! The self-service ordering works most of the time, when we went last time I couldn't check in through the app so had to re-order in store.
