"Terrible experience with JustEat. Ordered KFC, but the food was never delivered, yet it showed as 'delivered' in their system. Tried contacting customer service, but no resolution or refund has been provided so far. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service!"

I had a bad experience with your staff today at 4pm..I dont know the name of that staff who gave me a wrong order..i ordered 10pcs hot wings and they gave me mixed chicken legs,boneless and wings and when i go back to tell it to the staff there because i did not check it before i go thats the mistake that i did not check before i left..He said that its impossible,how come its impossible,its there already in front of him showing the wrong order that i have he doesn?t admit it..what a rude staff but one of the staff telling his colleague that his mistake and he doesn?t even admit it?i have no patience to argue with him anymore so i just leave the chicken legs to them and walk away..im disappointed..i will never come back anymore or buy in that kfc branch?.

This franchise is very badly run with poor attitude.
I went in ordered and collected food opening the bag and touching the food when looking through for the sauce they usually put in the bag. There wasn't any so I asked can I have some ketchup please. The person said no. I asked why he said there is none. I questioned this as they always have had ketchup. He said they ran out. Okay shouldn't happen but could through human error or supply problems I guess. I asked if they had any of the ketchup they give out with the round dips. He said no. I could physically see the ketchup on the side. I asked politely again. The unbadged older male came over and said not for you. I questioned this and he said you can pay extra for it. This alarmed me as if they have messed up not ordering a free condiment why then charge extra for it. £1. I could get a whole bottle not a small pot.
I said I wanted to complain. The senior guy with no emotion took the food back and refunded me. I asked what would the head office do, say give a loyal customer the ketchup or possibly loose loyal customer? He said no he didn't want to give me the ketchup.
He took back the food and put it all back on the serving racks!!!! I had touched all of that and now not fresh.
Having run a franchise business I can tell you these actions would be an offence to the agreement and broke a number of rules including hygiene.
Whilst I had been there days before there was a fight after staff angered patrons. I now realise it was likely to be caused by the staff and so will not return to this branch. Note Goring branch does have good service. Head office however do not reply to complaints.

There were bits of my burger missing when I asked them about it they just gave me the missing parts (a hash brown with a slice of cold cheese), the people working behind the counter were very rude.

Easy to order quick service but they should ask if you want salt on your chips mine was too salty otherwise everything else was good

Raw chicken, asked JE for a refund, told to contact KFC, KFC told me to contact JE, JE can't help.
AVOID using JEat for your KFC order.
