Thought service in shop was great, let me peruse at my leisure.
Chose a bed with a to the floor headboard, but one that turned up has stilted headboard.
Thought my error as looked at so many beds that day. But the found picture I had taken of the bed in the showroom.
Rang and said that I got different bed, than expected, they apologised and said could have the other one but would cost more, but I had paid for what I thought was that bed?
So disappointed, but have to be fair and say the bed is very good quality, well finished.
The delivery guys were very good, and fitted together quickly and took all packing away.
Had it all been as I thought I was getting it would have been a higher score.

Waited a year to write this review because people want to know what a mattress is like some time after it's been bought. Got the Enchanted House Tiverton, brilliant mattress, love it, best mattress ever.
Great staff at this place - this review joins the line of high praise for Simon. Long established, honest business. Do not buy rubbish on the Internet, come to this place.

I highly recommend this company. At no time did I feel pressured into buying, however, they were on hand to answer my (many!) questions. Their prices are very competitive and the care I received before and after the sale were second to none. Thank you.

Very positive experience at Jones & Tomlinson. Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. No pressure when browsing the shop and really friendly sales assistants. They have an extensive range to suit most budgets and I really liked the fact that there were no hidden extra charges like delivery, recycling etc. My partner and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Bought a Hypnos Mattress , supposed to be one of the best with a Royal warrant . After 18 months mattress developed a fault , submitted a claim under the Hypnos 10 year warranty . Bed inspection carried out returning a fault with the bed base . Tried explaining if the fault was with the bed base why is the fault with the mattress not all over and affecting all sides , we had followed care guidelines in line with manufacturer turning and flipping at intervals requested . The fault with the mattress was only on one side . Feeble excuse not to honour valid claim , Jones & Tomlin was no help either only quoted extract from care guidelines . Consider purchasing mattress elsewhere , after sales service is a sham . I would not recommend Hypnos or Jones and Tomlins for a mattress purchase.
