Regular customer at Jennys Nails and I'm always very happy but had a new gentleman today who didn't remove SNS with Acetone, used the electric files for everything, and therefore left lumps and bumps everywhere when reapplying SNS, missed patches and the shaping is terrible. This new gentleman has no attention to detail and was in a rush for no reason.

Amazing work. I got a full pedicure and acrylic nails. They couldn?t have turned out better. Cannot recommend enough. You also get a complementary coffee or tea. Thank you so much and see you next time ?

Popped in to get SNS removed. The member of the team could not have done a better job; he was careful, unhurried and thorough.I could see the attention to detail simultaneously being given to the clients either side of me having a range of services including acrylics and Shellac.This looks to be a real gem of a nail salon and, unlike most, accepts card payments (I left a cash tip).I'll definitely be back!

I came to Jenny?s nails for the first time a few weeks ago now and I left with stunning nails! This photo is at 3 weeks old still going strong. The lady doing them was great and made sure I was happy with everything. Will definitely be coming back!

Booked three months in advance for myself and Foster daughter to have manicure and pedicure for our holiday. Had our nails done. Mine were not even but as always they were rushed. She said take a seat for pedicure and would be 10 minutes. My FD had hers started and 45 minutes later, after continually asking how long and being ignored I left. I said I wouldn't come back even though I have been going for years. She didn't care. Disgusting response. If you book, don't expect this to be honoured. Its all about the money and they take walk in appointments even though they are fully booked. Very disappointed as wanted this done together for our holiday.

Have been here on several occasions now to get my toenails varnished. From my experience it's best to book rather than walk in as you get seen to on time. Very reasonable and the staff are friendly and really efficient

A Classic FrenchI?ve been going to Jenny?s for over a year now and I refuse to visit other establishments. The staff at Jenny?s have always been so welcoming, they always ask if you like the work they do, but to be honest I trust their opinion and I?m never disappointed.The lovely Emma did my nails today, I have transitioned from acrylics to sns and I love the natural look and the reinforcement it gives my real nails.I would like to add that as a black woman I have never felt that I have been treated differently than other clients.Keep doing what you?re doing, the reason people keep coming back is because you are amazing !!Service: Dip powder
