I visited the Worthing branch on 26th October. Craig Roberts who dealt with me was quick to understand the issue I had with the bank system and speedily resolved it. He was patient, polite and professional.

Warning to anybody used to getting good branch service with hsbc. This branch is the only branch I have been to that every time have failed to help with each query.With each query I have gone to a London branch or Brighton and they sirted it.Note I have repeatedly felt fobbed off and discrinated against in this branch.

Thanks etc. I just hope I can 'cope', not being as young as James in your Worthing branch. No counter anymore. Machine to pay money in was broken so was told to go to the post office. They have staff wandering around so why permanently close the counter?

Over half an hour on the phone (immediately directed to a completely clueless person in Egypt) to try and find out how / where I can send a cheque to be credited to my account. I live in France and I'm being told I can't send a cheque, I have to physically go to a UK branch or download an app. Ridiculous.

Very poor service, hardly any staff and no counter services so directed me and other dissatisfied customers to use machines to make bank transfers etc. I had third party access for my Autistic child's bank account and they took the debit card off me!!! I can not even help my Autistic child to try and become financially able to manage. This branch is a no go zone for me as a long term HSBC customer.

Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. I visit regularly as I'm a business customer and they make a mundane task enjoyable as I'm always greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Iv had a few occasions where staff have gone above and beyond.To any negative reviewers look closer to home, your initial atatued is probably the reason for your poor experience

I need to pay some cash in. I work full time and now the Worthing branch no longer open on a Saturday, what am I supposed to do?! They?ve got reduced hours in the week due to Covid so I still can?t get there to pay in the cash....because Covid obviously doesn?t effect people during those hours??!! What a complete inconvenience - how do I pay cash in!?

Absolute joke. Everything is back open now, so why is the bank still shut on a Saturday? I?m currently being paid in cash I work Monday-Friday till 5pm how am I supposed to pay it in to my bank to pay my bills complete an utter joke.
