Normally have no issues with this place and I love this shop, full of lots of great memorabilia. However, I went in the other day looking for something that they said was in stock online and asked a worker where I could find them, the worker told me that they might be behind the counter and that they would check, so I stood aside and waited for them to go check, watched them not go check and when they noticed I was still waiting they just told me ?sorry looks like we don?t have this anymore?. Just left the shop at this point, not happy and not very helpful at all, get rid of staff if they really can?t be bothered to check for something I asked nicely for

Been shopping here since I was 5 years old very nice people until now everybody looks at me that they hate me and are very rude and now prices are going up a cd is 30 pound buy the viynl seriously good shop but wth

Hi sorry my son has OCD which means he has to do compulsions, for some reason he only likes guns n roses to be called metal because it triggers him please can you leave the guns n roses in the metal section in your Worthing store, please, thanks Jo

I visited the worthing store on the 25th June, and was very impressed with the help I received. Sophie served me, and she was very patient and helped me to find the list of dvds I was looking for and if they had subtitles provided. I ended up buying 9 great films and left the store very happy. I wish we had a hmv store in chichester where I live. I have always found the staff very cheerful and happy to help in worthing.

Nice shop and good size,found what we were looking for but unfortunately one of the cds I opened didn't actually have the disc in it! I don't blame the store and they gave a full refund for the cd. Anyway good store

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my sister have been treated horribly by a member of staff on two occasions. I didn't catch her name but she had glasses and blonde hair. We have had to return items as they weren't what we expected and she's been extremely rude to us. We both described why we didn't want the product, as they weren't described properly on the packaging. She then claimed we have "no reason to return it" and kept repeating that this is the one time she can allow it. I had to literally tell her "I get it" for her to stop. The fact that this has happened on two individual occasions proves it is her who is the issue. This HMV has never changed , I have been coming here for years. It should been shut down like other HMVs have been. Their staff can't change either and they are completely behind compared to other HMVs like in Brighton. They have a lacking selection of vinyls too. Everything is on sale as they haven't had new stock in months. I hate being angry at service workers as I'm one too but I could not help it this time.
