What a friendly store!
I went in for a quick browse today and a member of my family bought a t-shirt for £8.99 what a bargain!
I stood outside the changing room and a member of staff a male not sure of his name offered me to take a seat beside the changing room.
Such lovely staff I said on the way out ?how nice are these people?.
This is how a place should be run. If you look after your staff, the staff will look after the customer.. words of Sir Richard Branson! ?

Ordered some baskets online. Wrong ones arrived. Trying to return them is a nightmare. They are too large for McColls to accept. I struggled to understand the lady on the helpline (her accent was so strong). Cannot phone any shop direct. Guess I'm stuck with them. The modern age.
