Staff very disinterested - Attempted to get a quote for an all inclusive family holiday this autumn. We were asked our budget and the only suggestions came directly from the easyJet holidays website.Left with a brochure and no intention of returning, as anyone can use the easyJet website. Very disappointing as we've heard good things in the past about this business.

Back in February 2022, we saw Joy and asked if she could put together a package holiday to our favourite hotel in Benalmadena, Spain. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very patient, going through each stage of the booking and before we knew it, our holiday in September 2022 was all put together including holiday insurance. Thereafter until our departure, we were kept informed by Joy, Chelsea and Megan. They were excellent. We had a great holiday. One of the noteable things was the Hays confirmation via our Spanish hotel of the time that our private taxi would collect us for the airport departure. Thus we did not have to contact the taxi company ourselves. Super service. Thank you girls and Hays Travel.

How refreshing to still have a local travel agent, especially with staff as helpful and efficient as Sherrie.We've just booked an expensive holiday for our large family group and nothing was too much trouble for her.We will be using Hays Travel for all our holiday booking in the future as it takes a lot of grief and heartache out of doing it ourselves online.Thank you for such wonderful service from such a wonderful helpful travel advisors.

Can't thank the girls in the goring branch enough, Chelsea went above and beyond to get us the holiday we wanted. As a party of 11 this was no easy feat, but she managed to find us the perfect deal for a lot cheaper then another travel agency could. Would recommend Hays travel over and over again. Thank you ?
