Read & Totally get the bad reviews don’t think they understand in this branch that take time to park pay & use this branch both days cost me to get no real help the best advise was to use Lloyds which the helped straight away

Honestly had the worst service I think I have ever received. Went to the bank for two reasons 1) Change some Euros to GBP 2) pay said money and more cash into my bank account. Number 2 is easy as I don't need to engage with a staff member to do this as a machine can manage-thats fine. 1) is only difficult when I am told... read full comment
