i went in today to exchange a necklace that was gifted to me, Tim helped me choose what to get, he acted like a personal shopper and i left with not one but five pieces of jewellery all chosen by Tim. It was a fun experience! He took the time to see what sort of jewellery i liked and noticed what i was already wearing to make sure i left with the right pieces for me. I will definitely be returning in the future for when i need another jewellery makeover.

I would just like to give my 100% review for Beckys above and beyond from start to finish in getting my partners wedding band sorted and keeping us updated throughout it's journey ....and having both mine and my partners rings engraved to the highest spec fast and prompt ...Becky is a real asset to you ...we will definitely be coming back in the near future to buy again from you ...I've got my eye on a watch I have fallen in love with....thank you Becky for everything regards and best wishes Andrea and Gary

My 14 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Jayne in the Worthing branch of Samuel?s, and I have to say we found her to be brilliant. She was calm, friendly and had great people skills, helping to reassure my slightly apprehensive daughter from start to finish. Jayne spent time & care over the service along with offering great aftercare advice. Overall the service and value for money was excellent & much appreciated. We will be back!

I visited the Worthing branch today and want to commend, Sarah and her colleagues, they provided the best customer service I have ever received in store.
Sarah was very helpful and so were her colleagues, they have fantastic knowledge of their products and even managed to save me money by price matching another brand , I would not hesitate shopping here again.

I?d like to leave a 5-star review for the ear piercing we had done here. My daughter had wanted a second stud for a long time but was always a bit nervous. She finally decided to go through with it, and we chose H. Samuel for the piercing.
The lady who helped us was incredibly friendly, confident, and professional. She talked my daughter through the whole process and did her best to keep her calm and relaxed. Everything went smoothly and was done very quickly.
Highly recommended!
