Massive charity shop. Feels like some items bit expensive for second hand ie 6 quid for primark cardigan and 4 quid for sainsburys T-shirt. Shop itself well organized and if you're looking for a jigsaw then this is the place to be as there are hundreds.We were looking for baby clothes and didn't feel there was much at all really.

Went to drop off table and stools, the man at the drop off said thank you, was walking off when a lady with blue fleece and dyed brown hair, shouted out, WHO left this here, we only take ensembled tables, said my husband can do it now and then examined the table and said it's in good condition then drops it, causing it to be damaged, then said we don't take tables unless it has chairs.So she damaged it then didn't want it. She was rude. Never going to them again.

Freindly, cooperative and helpful staff. They had something there which I thought might do the job I wanted it for, marked at £5.50. With no PSU, the man I dealt with (Steve) said I could have it for £2. He than gave me an old Nokia phone charger which, by chance, fitted. Didn't ask me for the extra £3.50. Such a refreshingly pleasant experience. I wonder if the folk whose one star reviews complain of poor staff attitude bring it upon themselves. I suspect the staff aren't paid; that they're volunteers. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. That's my view anyway.

Amazing giant warehouse charity shop. Sections for toys, kitchen goods, furniture, clothing, electronics, sports equipment, art and antiques. Most valuable items have already been identified and priced accordingly but you may find some bargains if you know what you?re looking for. A great place to come if you?re looking to kit out a new house.

Visited this shop today as I have many times before and was hugely disappointed in the service I received from one lady serving at the tills. I found a fish tank on the shop floor I wanted to purchase it but went over to the tills to ask if I could leave it with the till staff as I am 6 months pregnant so I can?t carry it around whilst continuing my shopping. The lady serving immediately was so rude and told me I couldn?t leave it there for 10 minutes as they were both serving. I asked again and she said no you will have to carry it. The people queuing were also shocked by her response. I then went and found another colleague who kindly let me set it aside whilst me and my 4yr old continued to look around the shop.The staff need to understand that they are a reflection of the charity, and this appalling customer service could put people off from donating and buying from there again.

Im so angry ???It was my favourite store until today. Today, I was in the fitting room in my underwear and the store employee opened the curtain without warning, saying "there's a queue, people are waiting, come out!" The whole queue saw me undressed and people started laughing. I tried to close the curtain, and this woman tried to open it again, I shouted "what are you doing, I'm naked?!?" She kept telling me "it's okay, there are people waiting for you, come out" I said that I was finishing soon, I had 2 more things, and she kept standing there and repeating that there was a long queue (there were 2 people in that queue, and I was also waiting for my turn to try on things).I was humiliated in public and made to feel guilty for making people wait in the store instead of taking care of the customers and doing a few fittings.That's no custom service, that is horrible and humiliation. Shame on you!

Myself and partner have been going here for along time. But the last few years it has become very over priced was told they have to make a certain percentage on the item. Really gone done hill sorry to say. And a 1 very rude member of staff/volunteer.
