I?ve been working for guardian Angels for over 5yrs and can honestly say they have and still are the best agency in our local area. (And I?ve been doing care for over 30yrs).I?ve always felt completely supported in every way from coming up against difficult situations in care and in my personal life. They always put myself and the clients first and I?ve felt with any situation, they deal with it quickly and very professionally. The office team are fantastic and work very hard to keep us all happy and supported. I previously spent many years as a coordinator and understand the pressures of there rolls.I?m so looking forward to spending many more years with the team and providing first class care for as long as I can. I began my journey working for Guardian Angels on a part time basis following on from the pandemic and shortages of carers. It quickly became obvious that this is where I wanted to be full time. The team is amazing, the level of support and encouragement I?ve received from day one is miles above what?s expected. From my initial application, the training process, integration into the team and then career development - I have been supported and encouraged equally from every team member, from care angel?s, supervisor?s and management. We all thrive on making that positive impact on our clients days.

I have been working as a care Angel for Guardian Angel carers for the past 18months, the training they provide is really detailed and in depth and there is always opportunities to progress within the company. I feel privileged to be apart of such an amazing team. The care angels are skilled, professional and go above and beyond for all our clients. If in the future a family member or friend needed care I wouldn?t hesitate to put them in touch with Guardian Angels, they are by far the best care company around!!

After suffering a stroke my Nan needed the support of carers to return home. I can not recommend Guardian Angel enough. From the very first visit all the carers have been so kind and friendly and really do care! My nans is the family hub, so there is often other family members around and we never awkward. The carers always chat while doing what they need to. They have made a difficult situation so much better.

Have been with GA for almost 4 years, and what a great team to work with. Great communication and always so welcoming and cheerful everyone always has a smile, if you have a problem the office staff are their to support you straight away. The care team are an amazing group to work along side.

Guardian Angel carers come to visit my very elderly parents for assistance around the house, and we have been very satisfied with the carers and quality of service they have provided for the last couple of years. They are reliable, kind and considerate, and have been very helpful during a couple of medical emergencies at the house. The office staff are also very helpful in dealing with changes to schedule and any queries we may have.

I cannot praise the carers enough but unfortunately I am so disappointed with this company I am about to report them for abuse and take legal action so please be aware if any family member or loved one you know is thinking about using this company.
