Greggs love cancelling their Uber eats orders 20 minutes after you have placed the order. I have placed multiple orders and all so far have been cancelled. Don't advertise on Uber eats if you are unable to fulfill orders. Cancelling 20 minutes after an order is placed is a bad customer experience.

Absolutely rubbish, couldn't serve a bacon roll as they had a big order. Ridiculous. Would not recommend this shop, the staff were quite rude as well.

The food is not hygiene, the staff use hand cut the roll and handle money without gloves. Waste the money, the food is dirty to eat.

I love Greggs, but someone (everyone?) at this particular location needs to be sacked asap! Chaos. Never seen anything like it. Long queue, late workers, unfulfilled orders, wrong items, snail's pace service, customers being turned away over things that could be easily fixed. What a nightmare!
