So bad. Absolutely terrible company. Zero customer service and sky high commission. Id laugh if it wasn't so disgusting how they have treated me and obviously other customers, shame on you.

I have the misfortune to have had 2 separate shareholdings managed by Shareview (in each case transferred in from other management companies without any choice on my part), and also a pension that is managed by Equiniti. All my dealings with the company have been slow and painful. Latest is I want to sell my remaining shares via website (mainly so I don't have to deal with them any more). Doesn't seem possible to find out what dealing charge will be, and I have to fill in my details, and details of shares, even though I'm already logged in so they should know that. Then I get a meaningless error message and logged out because my "session has expired". Useless company, terrible website - I wonder if it was developed by Fujitsu using the team who were responsible for Horizon? I don't think I've ever given a 1-star review for anything before - I do try to be fair!

Awful service. Account was locked so called the number given. Was told that account could no longer be accessed and had to create a new one from scratch.Created a new account, message appeared asking me to call another number. Called this number, was told I needed a reference number that the first person I spoke to should have given me. Was told to call back to the first number. Called them back, got the reference number then made my FOURTH phone call to Shareview to get access to my account and my shares.Each call took 10-15mins to answer. An absolute disgrace of a company with staff that do not care one bit about customers and the appalling customer journey.Avoid at all costs. Transfer your holdings to a modern, efficient platform where something as simple as unlocking an account won't take 3hrs out of your day.

Appalling customer service. Issues never get resolved. The so called call back service is never at a time convenient to customer.That's if you get a call back. There is nothing about this company that makes me want to deal with again.

I'd give lower if I could. Absolutely shocking. Bought shares for Deliveroo IPO and they placed them in a ShareView account. Sent my registration details (reference number and activation code) in separate emails. Upon registering the process was not straightforward and my activation code says it is incorrect. I called Shareview and was told after a long wait on hold that I needed to speak with the registration department. I was then placed on hold with them which after a few seconds tells you that as they are busy they can't take your call today and to call another time. Shocking. I've just invested so much money in a new stocks and shares account and have zero access to these which I was promised prior to the purchase. How can a financial institution get away with such shonky customer service????

my experience has been absolutely shocking, they have put my incorrect name on some shares spelt my name incorrectly on others, i have provided them with copied birth certificates passport evidence, no acknowledgement, sent recorded delivery all lost. worse company i have ever dealt with in my life.
